The Samsung Semiconductor Project consists of a greenfield manufacturing facility, Gas Chemical System

Building (GCS), Central Utility Building (CUB), Industrial Wastewater Treatment (IWT)

structure, Office Building, Parking Garage, site works and utilities, personnel and

material handling links, and associated Site infrastructure. As the Project Coordinator for the Samsung Semiconductor Plant (Concrete division), Xavier was in change of a variety of tasks such as, writing daily reports for the  GCS field operations, including the total yardage poured per day, tracking construction progress in relation to the general contractors schedule, tracking delays, tracking man count for the day and night shifts, tracking on site equipment, tracking workflow (RFI's Submittals and Addendums) and attending to trade partner meetings and on site inspections.
