Xavier is an architectural designer, construction project manager that shares a passion for placemaking, an idea that inspires him to create a connection between people and the spaces they utilize. He earned his undergraduate and master's degree at Texas Tech University, finishing his master's degree in Verona, Italy. Xavier has worked on a range of architectural projects in Canada, Costa Rica and the United States. The journey through the industry has been diverse with involvement in residential, institutional, commercial and industrial projects. In 2021, he ventured into the commercial concrete construction industry, being part of multi-family projects, as well as the new Samsung Semiconductor plant in Taylor, Texas. His work has been published in Margaret Fletcher's book - Constructing the Persuasive portfolio, as well as at the Urban Tech Architecture exhibit in Lubbock, Texas.
